What is an art journal?
A combination of art, questions and blank pages, along with an artist statement and image stories that encourage self-reflection and a slower mindset.
Asking questions is a proven driver for change, and we believe there is no right or wrong way to slow down. This journal is intended as a tool to help you work towards your own goals.
